Overview
An audit report gives authorities, banks and stakeholders independent assurance that your financial statements present a true and fair view. In the UAE, audited accounts are commonly required for free zone licence renewals, bank facilities and company changes, and the Corporate Tax law requires audited financial statements for qualifying free zone persons and for taxable persons with revenue above AED 50 million.
We prepare or review your financial statements and deliver your audit report, so the process is straightforward, timely and priced transparently by your turnover.

Audit Reports — frequently asked questions
Is an audit mandatory in the UAE?
It depends on your legal form and authority. Many free zones require audited accounts at renewal, LLCs generally appoint an auditor, and the Corporate Tax law requires audits for certain taxpayers.
How is the audit fee calculated?
Our fee is based on your annual turnover band, so smaller businesses pay less. Higher turnover bands are quoted individually.
How long does an audit take?
It depends on the size of your business and the quality of your records. Up-to-date books make the process much faster.
Can you help if my books are not up to date?
Yes. We can first bring your accounting up to date, then complete the audit.
