The scope, fees and timelines for each engagement are agreed in writing before work begins. Prices published on this website are starting prices and may vary depending on the size and complexity of your business.

Client responsibilities

• Provide complete, accurate and timely information and documents.
• Review and approve filings and reports before submission.
• Pay fees and any government or authority charges as agreed.

Fees and payment

Fees are payable as stated in the engagement agreement or invoice. Government fees, fines and penalties imposed by authorities are the client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and disclose it only as needed to deliver the services, or where required by law or by the authorities.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, FS Consulting is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client, or from delays caused by authorities or third parties. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
